Refund policy

1. BANNERS
Thank you for purchasing church banners. Please note that banners are printed upon ordering and shipped directly from Ad Crucem’s partner. Please carefully examine the banner(s) upon receipt to ensure the printing and stitching are correct. Banners may be returned for replacement for printing and stitching errors up to 30 days from receipt. Banner replacement or exchange requests after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price.

Banner Care
Your banners are for indoor use only. They are made with durable polyester and printed with professional fade-proof inks. They can be washed and ironed at a low temperature on the reverse side but should not be tumble-dried. To avoid color bleaching and streaking, avoid hanging them in direct sunlight.

2. WOOD PRODUCTS
Thank you for your woodshop order. Wood products are for indoor use only. Our solid wood products have nature’s unique marks and grains, and no two items will be identical. Please expect some variation in the grain and color. Avoid placing items in direct sunlight or exposing them to unusually moist or dry environments.

3. KELLY KLAGES JEWELRY AND PRAYER BEADS
Thank you for your order from Ad Crucem. Please note that Kelly Klages lives in Canada, and her items take 2 to 4 weeks to deliver. Please be sure to check your purchase carefully when you receive it. Occasionally, an item may break or get damaged in transit. We will replace any item due to breakage within 30 days of receipt.

4. ALL OTHER PURCHASES

4a. Returns

To be eligible, an item must be returned within 30 days. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have yet to receive a refund within 20 days of being notified of the action by Ad Crucem, feel free to contact us at wanita@adcrucem.com.

4b. Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

4c. Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail it to SUITE 100, 10394 W. CHATFIELD AVE. LITTLETON, CO 80127. You are responsible for paying for your return shipping costs, which are not refundable or reimbursable unless by special agreement. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
