IMPORTANT NOTICE: MAKERS AND LEAD TIMES

Ad Crucem pieces are made to order in California, so please allow 1+ month for production. Please note: we're currently having supplier problems with our fine jewelry — quantities are severely limited and not all sizes are available while we work on an alternative.

Kelly's pieces ship from Canada; allow 2–5 weeks to clear customs. Kelly's prayer beads are in Prayer & Thanksgiving.

Jennifer's pieces are typically one-of-a-kind, but she's glad to make duplicate, similar, or custom items on request. Custom engraved pendants are available and may take 2–3 weeks.

Breakages policy

We pack our jewelry with great care, but breakages occasionally happen. Please check your order as soon as it arrives — if anything is broken, email us photos right away and we'll replace or refund the piece at no charge. After 30 days, breakages are replaced at the current replacement cost.
