Jennifer's items are typically one-of-a-kind, but she is willing to create duplicate, similar, or custom items upon request. Custom engraved pendants are available but may take 2-3 weeks for fulfillment.
Breakages Policy
We pack our jewelry with great care, but on occasion, breakages do occur. Please be sure to check your order as soon as you receive it. If any item in your order is broken, email us photos immediately. On receipt of the photograph showing the breakage, Ad Crucem will replace / refund the broken piece without charge. After 30 days breakages will be replaced at the current replacement cost.
